Betty Joyce Lamb, 75, of Delight, passed from this life on Saturday, June 20, 2009, at her daughters home in Arkadelphia. She was born April 16, 1934, in Delight, the daughter of the late Foy and Ervie Garner Brown. Betty was a member of the Saline Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by one son, Jackie Lamb and two sisters Linda Gilmer and Bennie Sue Brown.
Betty is survived by one daughter, Brenda Frazier of Arkadelphia; one son, Rodney Lamb of Delight; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 20, at Delight Church of Christ with Bro. Wallace Alexander officiating. Interment will be in Delight Cemetery by Welch Funeral Home of Arkadelphia. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Monday at Welch Funeral Home and Tuesday from 9 a.m. until service time at the Delight Church of Christ.
Pallbearers will be Jay Henderson, Jerry Bagwell, Rory Allgood, James Eddy, Ed Weeks and William Henderson.
