ARKADELPHIA - Naomi Fisher Thomas, 86, of Arkadelphia died Wednesday, Feb. 17, 2010, at her home.  She was born August 4, 1923, the daughter of Clarence and Ida Quattlebaum Fisher.  She was a retired school teacher in the Arkadelphia Public School System, a member of the Philharmonic Club, a member of the Arkansas Retired Teachers Association, and First Baptist Church of Arkadelphia.  She was preceded in death by her husband Harvey Thomas and one son Nathan Harvey Thomas Jr.
 Survivors include one son Scott Thomas of Arkadelphia; one daughter, Cynthia “Cindy” Roseberry and her husband Dennis of Springhill, La.; three grandchildren, Bradley Thomas, Kyle Roseberry and Kimberly Roseberry Powell and her husband Shadley; three great grandchildren, Ella Grace, Addison Rose and Samuel Kyle Powell.
 Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 20 in the Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Lee McGlone officiating.  Burial will be in Rest Haven Memorial Gardens.  Visitation will be from 1 p.m. Saturday until service time at the funeral home.
