An Arkadelphia man was killed last week in an early afternoon highway incident.
On Thursday, May 24, a 2000 Freightliner was traveling west on Highway 8 when the vehicle of Charles Edward Francis, 55, crossed in its path. Francis’ 1998 Toyota then left the road and the driver was, according to Arkansas State Police, partially ejected. The injuries would prove fatal for Francis.
