An Arkadelphia duo has been charged with fraudulent use of a credit/debit card and theft by receiving.
The charges against Andrew Goza, 35, and Kathryn Pike, 34, stem from a report filed in
December by the cardholder, who disclosed that the cards had been stolen.
An investigation commenced and led authorities to a local business that provided video footage of the suspects using the cards.
Goza and Pike were subsequently identified. Eye witness reports also were provided. During interviews, both defendants allegedly admitted to using the cards.
An amount of $1,107.73 was spent during the time they possessed the cards.
Goza and Pike are scheduled to be arraigned Feb. 13.
