Funeral services for Mrs. Amy Elizabeth Huckabee, age 36, will be held Sunday, Jan. 29, 2012, at 3 p.m. in Trinity Worship Center, Springhill, La., with the Rev. Tommy Brown officiating. Interment will follow in Springhill Cemetery under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home, Springhill, La.
Family will receive friends beginning Saturday at 4 p.m. until 9 p.m. in Trinity Worship Center, Springhill, La.
Amy was born Feb. 15, 1975, and passed away Jan 22. She had been a resident of Arkadelphia since June, 2011 and a former resident of El Dorado. Amy was a member of Second Baptist Church of Arkadelphia and a special education teacher. She graduated from Springhill High in 1993 and from Southern Arkansas University in 1997.
She is survived by her mother and stepfather, Carolyn and Luther Grisham; father and stepmother, Wayne and Diane Hunter; children, Rachel, Jason and Justin; stepsons, Eric Huckabee and Stephen Huckabee; brother, Jeff Grisham and wife Bobbi; and sister, Angie McInnis and husband, Terry.
Amy was preceded in death by her husband, Sandy Carl Huckabee; paternal grandparents, Gordon and Elizabeth Hunter; maternal grandparents, Boots and Rachel Bagwell; and grandmother, Dorothy Grisham.
Pallbearers will be Jesse Carter, Korey Grisham, Josh McInnis, Dustin Bagwell, Jalon Hall and Allen Hunter.
