An accident on Highway 84 east of Amity sent two Bismarck residents to the hospital this morning.
According to a reporter on the scene, around 10 a.m. a vehicle left the roadway, striking a tree along Highway 84 between Amity and the Caddo River.
The vehicle was being driven by Clint Badisman of Bismarck, and Tasha Allen, also of Bismarck, was a passenger. They were transported via MedFlight to St. Joseph's Mercy Medical Center in Hot Springs with non-life-threatening injuries.
Clark County Sheriff's deputies and Arkansas State Police are on scene.
