The Ouachita Warriors rallied behind Cole McJunkins' hot shooting to take a 46-34 win over the Sparkman Raiders Tuesday night at Ouachita High School.

The Warriors took a 20-7 lead in the opening quarter before stretching their lead to 34-14 at the half.

The Warriors lost their momentum in the second half, however, allowing the Raiders to add 10 while the Warriors added only three in the third for a 37-24 lead with six minutes to go.

Sparkman won the final stanza as well, putting up 10 while holding the home team to nine to set the final.

McJunkins hit 15 points to lead the Warriors, and Daniel Chastain had 12.

Andy Swain had eight points, and Lane Heard added six.

Holton Chancellor put up four, and Logan Gilbert rounded out the scoring with one.

The Warriors were 82 percent efficient from the free throw line, hitting 14 of 17.

They will be back in action on Monday as they travel to Poyen to face the Indians. Tip-off will follow two seventh grade games and a junior girls game.
